National Cosmetology Association Adds Joico’s Sara Jones
National Cosmetology Association (NCA) President Marlene Bridge is pleased to announce the appointment of Sara Jones to the President’s Advisory Council. A proven business leader in the professional hair care industry and a licensed hairdresser, Sara currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Joico, ISO and Senscience. Headquartered in the company’s Arcadia, CA office, she oversees domestic sales and marketing as well as the education, communication and creative departments.
Selected for their insights on salon professionals and the overall industry, the NCA President’s Advisory Council members are industry leaders representing top manufacturers and distributors. They meet twice a year to advise the NCA on such matters as current and future programs, marketing and advertising efforts and direction for the association. The council members’ time and talent are given strictly on a volunteer basis. “To better serve the needs of our members, the NCA Board of Directors wanted to reach out and form partnerships with other knowledgeable and talented people in our industry,” says Marlene Bridge, NCA President. “The NCA President’s Advisory Council members’ willingness to share information and experience has been a true asset to our organization.”
As the newest member, Sara joins a distinguished group.
