The Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts are renown for indulgent luxury, sumptuous surroundings and legendary service. Attendees will learn the secrets behind the legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton hotels, and leave knowing how to use those principles in their own business practices.

By the end of this session, participants will understand how to build customer loyalty; the power of empowering employees; how to select, orient, train and develop employees; how to measure success, and much more! Jeff Hargett, Director of Training and Organizational Effectiveness will lead the Ritz-Carlton Legendary Service Program as the keynote speaker at EstheticsAmerica Premiere DaySpa Conference on Sunday, August 28, 2005.

“Customer Loyalty—Disney Style” by the Disney Institute

The EstheticsAmerica Premiere DaySpa Conference will also offer the opportunity to learn proven Disney success strategies that spa professionals can adapt inside their own organizations. They will also learn various models for effective leadership, and the importance of structuring customer service.

Disney’s Debbie Zmorenski will discuss specific techniques used by Disney to identify and integrate its organizational strengths into delivering on a brand promise. She will also guide participants to “discover the business behind the magic” on Monday, August 29, 2005.
