Communications with members

NCA uses member contact information to communicate with our members, including the solicitation of demographic information, suggestions and concerns from members. NCA also uses this information to inform members of upcoming NCA events as well as to keep members aware of new and ongoing programs. Any email will be clearly identified as from NCA.

Accessing and changing personal information

At any time, members may update certain personally identifiable membership information contained in the NCA database. To protect members’ and prospects’ privacy and security, NCA takes reasonable steps to verify the individual’s identity before making changes.
